Step 1: Please register for a Mirror Mirror account.

Step 2: Choose the item size, color and click on the [add to cart] button.

Step 3: 【View Cart】 and check out with our supported payment method of your choice.

Step 2: Mention the products needed along with the delivery information and our support team will get back to you with the order confirmation.

Step 3: Upon confirmation we will send a secured payment link to complete the payment.

Modifying shipping address:

1. If we have not already shipped out your order, you can click edit your shipping address via "My Orders".

2. For orders that have been already shipped out, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

It typically takes 1-3 days to process your order. it's normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time.
All prices listed are inclusive of customs duties. You will not be charged any additional fees when your order arrives in your destination country, unless otherwise specified.
Order Statuses can be checked via logging into your Mirror Mirror account and Navigating to "My orders".
Please check with your local courier/ post office and confirm if they have received the package on their end, If unable to rectify the issue please get in touch with us and our support team will look into the issue.
Normally it will take some days to prepare your items before shipment, you may refer to our 'Shipping info' for details.
We always try our level best to process all the orders at the earliest possible date and have the product delivered within the esimated shipping time frame to our customers.
Please check our shipping estimates for accurate shipping information. However, we are unable to confirm an exact delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
As we use multiple shipping carriers to fulfil your order at the earliest, certain local couriers may not update the information from their end. However the package would be delivered in line with the estimated delivery dates. If any issue please get in touch with our support team and we will be glad to look into your issue and rectify.
We will offer a full refund for all eligible items, excluding shipping fees and non-refundable items (Jewellery, lingerine, DIY supplies). All products are inspected thoroughly prior to dispatching the order. However in some rare instances if a product is damaged during transit we will issue a refund upon confirmation of the damaged goods. For more information please get in touch if further clarification is needed.
All our products carry a barcode which is cross-checked with the ordered items prior to dispatching out for delivery by our operations team. We carryout this process to minimize any hassle that could incur to our customers. However if you have still received an incorrect product or in an incorrect color/size Please do get in touch with us. Note: The order number is needed. Please also submit photos of the wrong item(s) you received.
Kindly note that returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed and all returned items are verified and inspected by our team. Although we submit any refund that you make to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks. (5 - 10 Days)

Kindly check our Return & Exchange Policy and then please get in touch with our Customer support team regarding the items you wish to return with the following information.

1) The order number.

2) The item's name or SKU number or pictures.

3) A description of the problems and clear pictures.

We will process your return request and offer the nearest return address for you as soon as we can.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below within 7 days from the date of receipt:

1) Locate the order in 'My orders'. Click the 'Return Item' button.

2) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

Please note: You may be required to submit photos of items clearly showing any damages, defects, etc.

3) We will process your application and provide you with a refund or exchange of the item(s).
