How does our Shipping work ?

We have both standard and express delivery options for most of the countries that we ship to. One you have entered your delivery details on our website, all available delivery options will be shown to you.

Your order will be dispatched out for delivery using the most suitable carrier to ensure you receive your order at the earliest.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Returns & Exchanges

Goods can be returned in the designated period. The exact return period and return policy differs from product category to category. Please contact our customer service for the detailed information. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges.

Wrong size items and items with quality issues can be exchanged. For defective products, if a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the shipping fee incurred in the delivery process or else we will send out a new package with the same. 

For exchanges; Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.
