Mirror Mirror’s Return & Exchange Policy.

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on MirrorMirrorNow.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

All return products need to be shipped out to our Warehouse and all expenses incurred in the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

During the exchange, our warehouse agent may do a quality check upon return and the refund/ exchange will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check.  If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you and expenses incurred in re-shipping the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose to exchange the item for a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

An exchange can be initiated by simply contacting our customer care along with the order reference number.

How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?



We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt for most items in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping the return item to our warehouse at your own cost.                                                                                                



How to request a return?


1.) Contact our customer support team or fill out our return form under "My account" to initiate the return process.

2.) Pack your ordered items and ensure that the return code is mentioned in the package so that we could verify your package.

3.) It is highly recommended that SF Express is used to return the package back to our warehouse as SF express is our designated delivery partner and this would help us to speed up the return process.

4.) Once the returned package is inspected and passes the warehouse quality check, we will process the refund/ exchange.

Shipping charges and custom duties paid do not support refunds unless specified by us.
